1. Warranty Eligibility:

We offer a 1-year warranty for eligible items. To qualify for this warranty, your item must have been purchased within the last 365 days from our store. If you encounter any quality issues with the item or it ceases to function as expected within this period, you can claim the free warranty. To initiate the warranty claim process, please contact us at help@partayoza.com.

2. Return and Exchange Procedure:

If you wish to return an item or request an exchange, you must do so within 90 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at help@partayoza.com to request a return or exchange. We'll provide you with a return shipping label for eligible items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@partayoza.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Return Address and Fees:

For eligible returns or exchanges, we will provide you with the designated return address via email. Please refrain from sending back items without obtaining confirmation from us. Additionally, we do not impose any return fees. Return shipping costs for eligible warranty items will be covered by Partayoza.
